Left side of the road has sign for ELKS CLUB and right has:  VALLEY NATIONAL BANK / HASSAYAMPA HOTEL and COFFEE SHOP BUFFET / a STANDARD STATIONS INC (like the Chevron gas station insignia) and a couple of billboards at street level that I can't quite make out

Please note that the majority of the cards are over 50 years old and as such, are sold AS IS. Tears will be noted but it would be too timely to note each fault on every card.
